Hello Everyone!

Help! A Friend of mine had 14 kittens dumped at her house, and she cannot keep them. I told her i would take 7 of them. They all went to Dr. Bob's Clinic, and Each got their shots, de-wormed, FIV & FeLV tested, we got antibiotics for URI's, and they all will be spayed and neutered at the end of July when we have our next clinic. C.A.R.E. has offered to sponsor 20$ towards the spay or neuter of each of these 7! Thank you Linda & Lisa! If everyone pitches in and helps, what i would like to do is get the other 7. Here is what we need if you want to sponsor one. FIV & FeLV test- 12.00$ apiece shots- 10.00$ apiece de-worming- 5.00$ apiece spay/neuter- 35.00$ apiece I also would have to get another bottle of antibiotics wich is 40.00$, and of course will need lots of kitten chow! These babies are hanging out in the Grooming trailer, and having a blast! Lets save their little lives, or they will end up in a high-kill shelter!!

Dos Amigo's! Many of you who have been here know Cruz. And little Maggie-Mae who is blind. They are best buddies. Cruz feeds Maggie everything, and i am always hollering at him to not do that!! Well..... I caught them in the act the other day!!

"The zoo Crew" My husband is SO bad about giving too many treats.... So he gets followed everywhere by the whole crew!

Me! Everyone keeps telling me they want to see me in the pictures! Here you go- Now you will know what i look like when we talk!  :) Thank you Thank you to all of you who helped by sending donations last month! C.A.R.E. sent the money to get 2 new box-fans, and Special Thanks to Michelle R, and her late grandmother who sent enough to get the 2 new window air conditioners!!  With help from The Nissen's, Kathie B, Hal, Jane E., Deb & Clairice, and Barbara B from Arvada, and the other Barbara B from Laramie, we were able to take in 3 adult cats that needed help this month also. Another thing we have been working on is a new "Room" in the shelter. Right when you walk in the door to the big building the shelter is in, we are making an 11x18 room. I will be able to keep the small dogs in there and be able to have it warmer in the winter. So beware- now we are needing help with paint, plywood sheets, 2x4's, A new door, lights, and a small heater of some sort...... They say rescuing animals is "Never ending".... i think construction is Never ending also! HOPE everyone has a great 4th of July. We will all just be having another day of work here!
