Wow! We have been busy! We had yet another spay/neuter clinic, not for one day, but two! Dr. Welsh ( AKA SUPERMAN!! ) And his 2 Vet techs Sahaja and Lisel drove up in the mobile clinic again. They got here Sat morning at 9, and drove away Sunday at 7pm. We got 46 animals spayed and neutered! YEAH!! THANK YOU DR. WELSH! We are planning another clinic the 28th and 29th of this month. I am going to ask Dr. Welsh if he would bring up about 25 rabies shots and see if we can get ALL the resident dogs here their shots all at the same time. This way they can all be on the same schedule, and if we get inspected all the paperwork will be in order. Each shot will be 10.00$, so if you want to sponsor a dog it would REALLY be appreciated!!! Also- now that we know how things will go, and all the people that will be here, we are going to need donations for all the food and drinks. I also wanted to let everyone know that "Ciego" The puppy with no eyes has still not arrived yet. The lady who is to meet me with him took a temp job that is lasting longer than she thought and has not been able to get away. As soon as i see his little face i will send out pictures so you all can see!
I rescued a VERY pregnant shi-tzu about a month ago who had 5 little babies!! If you know anyone who may be interested in one of these babies please have them contact me. They are SO cute!
